It can be overwhelming when you truly sit down and think about the goodness of God. From the moment you were born, he knew you. Even in this moment right now, he knows exactly how you feel and why. As I was going through my daily routine today, I normally like to put my iphone on shuffle mode and just let the music play. Upon doing this, the first song that played was off of Justin Bieber's new album PURPOSE and rightly enough the name of the song was the same thing. I have always been a huge fan of the Biebs and quite frankly I have found myself catching Bieber fever every once in a while. Maybe not to the extent of sobbing and passing out, but pretty close. I have always been amazed at people that are multi-talented. But this song hit me in a different way aside from the usual fangirl moment. The chorus of the song says "I put my heart into your hands, Here's my soul to keep, I let you in with all that I can, You're not hard to reach, And you bless me with the best gift, That I've ever known, You give me purpose, Yeah, you've given me purpose." I dont know about you but these words struck a chord way down deep in my soul. I started to get overwhelmed by the grace of God and his purpose for my life. It's easy to get off course and really lose yourself in the day to day, but I think God wants to remind us today that we are worth it. I think he wants to show us today that we have purpose and that he realizes exactly where we are and who we are. The fact of the matter is that the story of grace is too good too be true. It is the greatest story on the face of the earth and God wants to invite you into it. We are all longing to be accepted and are willing to go to great lengths to search for it, but can I offer a solution to this search. It's so freeing to know that Jesus offers us something that the world cannot give and not only that but he is also consistent in giving it to us. I want to challenge you to stop what you are doing and just be overwhelmed by God's love for you. Be encaptured by his grace and his purpose for your life. Be infatuated with his presence. It is in these moments that we are free.

Prayer: God you are never too far from our reach. Because of Jesus and his sacrifice we are able to come close to you. Come close to us today as we surrender to your love and grace. Help us to realize that we are not an accident but that we are created with a purpose in mind and that we are loved unconditionally.
